Return and Refunds Policy

14-Day Return Policy

All customers have the right to return products purchased from our online store within 14 days of receiving them, without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with Portuguese distance selling laws.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, had their seals broken, or are not in their original packaging. Please ensure the product is unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.

Return Process

  2. Before sending the product back, we may ask you to provide photos of the item and its packaging. This helps us confirm whether the return is eligible and avoid unnecessary shipping.
  3. If the return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on where to send the product. (we recommend using a tracked shipping method so we can confirm receipt.)

Once the returned product arrives, our team will carefully inspect it. Refunds will only be issued if the product is in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show clear signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product is inspected, using the same payment method as the original purchase, and in some cases return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
